Class Description

Join this fun, economical class and get RESULTS! Achieve epic fitness success, discovering new levels of energy for your life. Bootcamp is one hour class consisting of a dynamic mix of exercises adopted from strength training, boxing, gym-classes, sports training, etc.

Providing a full body, full-spirit workout, this challenging, co-ed class builds endurance, strength and agility, promoting new tone and fat loss for any fitness level. The community, fun, enthusiasm, of our groups paired with our devoted trainers make for long lasting particpation and RESULTS even for those who hated exercise before bootcamp!

"The results from this type of training are truly astonishing. I thoroughly enjoyed bootcamp training last summer and the benefits from this session completely amazed me. I had been running in races for years and am the founder of the only 11K race in America which honors Veterans each November 11th. In 2005 I sustained several injuries requiring surgery and a long lay off from running. I joined Scott's class in the summer and hoped I would be able to best my current 15 minute mile pace. Not only did I gain incredible strength in my injured arm and legs, but I was able to improve to an 11 minute mile! In 2006 and 2007 I ran very little as I was unable to gain the strength and endurance. After Scott's program I ran an unbelievable 146 miles for the year and expect to do more this year as I look forward to this spring's bootcamp.
